Organizational Development Advisor

 Hourly rate of $38.32 to $49.57, depending on experience.
 Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).

RESPONSABILITIES

The incumbent contributes to the revitalization of the Human Resources Department by supporting the implementation of key projects identified in the action plan, which aligns with the strategic plan of the Val-d’Or Indigenous Friendship Centre.
 
 
Concretely, your main challenges will be to :
  • Ensure the progress of the Human Resources Department’s revitalization plan through effective coordination of the committee’s work.
  • Coordinate the implementation of key HR projects: Indigenous recruitment strategy, cultural competency recognition model, continuing education program, etc.
  • Contribute to the Indigenization of HR processes and tools.
  • Develop new monitoring tools (TPI) to measure the impact of changes.
  • Contribute to optimizing internal communications related to the revitalization of Human Resources Department.

 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Your profile 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations or equivalence, combined with 2 to 5 year of work experience in a similar field.
  • Work experience and-or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous environment.
  • Complete and accurate knowledge of clinical standards, and practices.
  • Great knowledge of computer and technological tools (Office suite software).
  • Being a member of a professional order, an asset.
  • Great knowledge of French and English.
