Indigenous Health Services Coordinator

 Hourly rate of $29.97 to $38.77, depending on experience.
 Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).

RESPONSABILITIES

The incumbent organizes, coordinates, and supervises all activities related to the Jordan’s Principle programs and medical transportation services offered by the Non-Insured Health Benefits program for First Nations members of the urban Indigenous community of Val-d’Or.
 
 
Concretely, your main challenges will be to :
  • Act as the first point of contact for team members.
  • Develop and update tools to optimize the program for team members.
  • Design protocols or procedures and ensure their implementation.
  • Produce activity reports or accountability reports.
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Your profile 
  • College’s degree in management, human resource or equivalence, combined with 2 to 5 years in a similar field.
  • Work experience and-or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous environment.
  • Great knowledge of Suite office software.
  • Great knowledge of French and English.
