Hourly rate of $33.47 to $43.30, depending on experience.
Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week). RESPONSIBILITIES The incumbent prepares and conducts workshops on a variety of topics aimed at increasing essential employability skills through culturally secure approaches. Concretely, your main challenges will be to : Help solve problems for professional purposes (insertion, mobility, career management) by conducting individual interviews or by animating collective actions. Develop work tools for the recruitment and participates in the selection of participants. Inform, advise, and help people make reasoned choices. Use techniques or solicit partners in the areas of evaluation, orientation, training, and employment. REQUIREMENTS Your profile Bachelor’s degree in social work, or equivalence, combined with 1 to 2 year of work experience in a similar field. Hold a valid driver licence is mandatory. Work experience and-or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous environment. Great knowledge of computer and technological tools (Office suite software). Good knowledge of French and English. Your skills Ability to teach and facilitate groups. Creativity and dynamism. Planning and organization skills. Listening and interpersonal skills. Aptitude for teamwork. Flexibility and open-minedness. Excellent adaptability skills.
