​Project manager
 Hourly rate of $32.50 to $42.04, depending on experience.
 Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week)
RESPONSIBILITIES
​The incumbent participates primarily in the development of approaches that promote innovation and the achievement of service purposes. He coordinates the follow-up and evaluation of the service offer action plan according to the vision and strategic orientations of head management.
 
Concretely, your main challenges will be to : 

  • Synthesize the needs of community members and design a project plan that meets those needs while respecting program eligibility criteria. 
  • Participate in the development of the service structure while ensuring that the services offered respect the preservation of cultural identity.
  • Develop an action plan related to the service offer, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct research in order to find funding programs for realization of projects. 
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Your profile 
  • Bachelor’s degree in knowledge mobilization, communication, administration or equivalence, combined with 2 to 5 years in a similar field.
  • Work experience and-or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous environment.
  • Great knowledge of Suite office software.
  • Great knowledge of French and English.
