Infrastructure and logistic Coordinator
 Hourly rate of $31.49 to $40.73, depending on experience.
 Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).

RESPONSIBILITIES
​The incumbent organizes, coordinates, and supervises all activities related to the maintenance and repair of the buildings and the fleet, on a regular or emergency basis.
 
Concretely, your main challenges will be to : 

  •  Ensure the updating of the preventive maintenance program.
  •  Develop an inspection guide for all buildings and ensure its follow-up.
  •  Submit requests for bids for internal and external work and negotiate contracts.
  •  Coordinate and follow up on general and seasonal fleet maintenance.
  •  Maintain an up-to-date list of drivers, negotiate contracts for annual renewals and file claims with the insurer, when necessary.
  •  Purchase new vehicles in accordance with policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
 
Your profile 
  • College’s degree in civil engineering, building mechanics, or equivalence, combined with 2 to 5 year of work experience in a similar field.
  • Work experience and-or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous environment.
  • Complete and accurate knowledge of laws and regulations related to the building code.
  • Great knowledge of computer and technological tools (Office suite software).
  • Good knowledge of French and English.
