Logistic and liaison agent
 Hourly rate of $25.25 to $32.66, depending on experience.
 Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).
RESPONSIBILITIESThe incumbent performs a variety of administrative tasks and coordinates the logistics of activities related to the employability service (French and English class).
 
Concretely, your main challenges will be to : 
 
  • Collaborate in the planning of activities for the skills development classes.
  • Update the calendar of activities and ensure communications with internal and external guests.
  • Ensure registration, record keeping compliance and administrative follow-ups related to participants.
  • Plan and organize the recruitment of participants for the classes.
  • Targeting work placement environments for participants in the classes.

REQUIREMENTS
 
Your profile 
  • College’s degree in special administration, or equivalence, combined with 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar field.
  • Work experience and-or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous environment.
  • Great knowledge of computer and technological tools (Office suite software).
  • Great knowledge of French and English.
