Homelessness service coordinator 
 Hourly rate of $25.25 to $32.66, depending on experience.
 Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).

RESPONSIBILITIES
​
The incumbent organizes, directs, and coordinates all activities related to Willie’s place respite center or other homelessness services.
 
Concretely, your main challenges will be to : 

  • Manage human, material, and information resources under your responsibility.
  • Ensure onboarding and training for every employee in accordance with current policies.
  • Collaborate in the development of intervention protocols with partners and ensure their uniform application.
  • Ensure regular follow-up with the service manager regarding the management of the respite center. 
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Your profile 
  • College’s degree in management, social work, or equivalence, combined with 2 to 5 year of work experience in staff management, substance abuse, help and guidance counselling, or a similar field.
  • Hold a valid driver licence is mandatory.
  • Be available on evenings and weekends.
  • Work experience and-or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous environment.
  • Great knowledge of computer and technological tools (Office suite software).
  • Good knowledge of French and English.
