LIAISON AND LOGISTIC AGENT
Full time – permanent position (35 hours per week) RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent coordinates the logical pathway of implementing activities related to the service’s action plan, including those related to skills development. He is involved in activities planning with skills development counsellors. He coordinates training schedules, participants and provides liaison with internal and external guests. He is responsible for registration and administrative follow-up related to participants. He provides an overview of continuous programming and planning activities. He is asked to participate in the resolution of problems related to transport, reservations of places and unforeseen events. YOUR BIG CHALLENGES
