SKILLS DEVELOPMENT COUNSELLOR
Full time – permanent position (35 hours per week) RESPONSABILITY
The incumbent prepares and conducts workshops on a variety of topics aimed at increasing essential and employability skills through culturally secure approaches. He helps solve problems for professional purposes (insertion, reintegration, mobility, career management) by conducting individual interviews or by animating collective actions. He develops work tools, and participates in the recruitment and selection of participants. He informs, advises, and helps people make reasoned choices. He uses techniques or solicits services and partners in the areas of evaluation, orientation, training, and employment. YOUR BIG CHALLENGES
