PROGRAM ADVISOR
Full time – permanent position (35 hours\week)
 Hourly rate of $29.97 to $38.77, depending on experience.
Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent supports the management and multidisciplinary team in monitoring the objectives, activities, and services for the Val-d’Or Indigenous Friendship Centre.
 
Concretely, your main challenges will be to:
  • Advise teams and create work tools to meet the requirements of fundings programs and services offered.
  • Collect, compile, analyse, synthetize, and disseminate quantitative and qualitative data specific to the various services.
  • Write activity reports requested by financial partners.
  • Produce various documents (activity reports, project renewal, evaluation summaries, etc.).
  
REQUIREMENTS
 
Your profile 
  •  Hold a university’s degree, combined with 2 to 5 years work experience in a similar field.
  •  Work experience and/or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous communities.
  •  Hold great knowledge of Suite Office software, such as Excel.
  •  Good knowledge of French and English.
