Social worker 
Hourly rate of $31,49 to $40,73, depending on experience. 
Reimbrusement of professionnal dues. 
Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week). 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
The incumbent provides a close service to community member based on a holistic approach.
 
Concretely, your main challenges will be to : 

  • Empower and accompany the members in their personal healing process while respecting the rhythm of each person. 
  • Organize and develop activities related to the psychosocial intervention service offer.
  • Maintain a presence in various living environment in collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Follow-up of the files under his responsibility. 

REQUIREMENTS 

Your profile 
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or human sciences, combined with 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar field.
  • Work experience and-or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous environment.
  • Precise and complete knowledge of professional clinical standards and practices.Great knowledge of computer and technological tools (Office suite software).
  • Great knowledge of French and English.
  • Be a member of a professional order, an asset.
