Coordinator of Integration and Development
 Hourly rate of $25.25 to $32.66, depending on experience.
 Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).
RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will work closely with the human resources counsellor to develop effective practices in he areas of onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
 
Concretely, your main challenges will be to : 
 
  •  Assess training needs and coordinate the ongoing training program.
  •  Ensure the training budget is respected and accountability is maintained.
  •  Develop an onboarding schedule for new employees.
  •  Coordinate staff engagement activities.
  •  Implement good practices for staff engagement. 

 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Your profile 
  • College’s degree in accounting and management, human resource, or equivalence, combined with 2 to 5 year of work experience in a similar field.
  • Work experience and-or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous environment.
  • General knowledge of human resource laws, standards, and practices.
  • Great knowledge of computer and technological tools (Office suite software).
  • Great knowledge of French and English.
