Community housing service coordinator
 Hourly rate of $25.25 to $32.66, depending on experience.
 Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).
RESPONSIBILITIES
​The incumbent coordinates administrative activities in order to provide quality service to tenants.
 
Concretely, your main challenges will be to : 

  • Receive and analyze new housing applications in accordance with the policies and procedures in effect.
  • Follow up on lease renewals and update the register in accordance with the policies and procedures in effect.
  • Coordinate the work of selection committee.
  • Collect rents and follows up with the accounting service.
  • Ensure links with various partners. 
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Your profile 
  • College’s degree in administration, business management, accounting or equivalence, combined with 1 to 2 year of work experience in a similar field.
  • Work experience and-or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous environment.
  • Great knowledge of computer and technological tools (Office suite software).
  • Good knowledge of French and English.
