Professional and Clinical Services Coordinator
 Hourly rate of $25.25 to $32.66, depending on experience.
 Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).
RESPONSIBILITIESThe incumbent organizes, coordinates, and follows up on a variety of administrative and operational tasks for the Val-d’Or Native Friendship Center’s Indigenous health clinic.
 
Concretely, your main challenges will be to : 

  •  Coordinate all activities and tasks related to the reception, treatment, orientation, and follow-up of medical requests received.
  •  Coordinate the scheduling of appointments for professional clinics and record keeping.
  •  Participate in the implementation and application of protocols with the CISSSAT for the Clinic.
  •  Coordinate the purchase of medical supplies.
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Your profile 
  •  College’s degree in special administration, or equivalence, combined with 2 to 5 year of work experience in a similar field.
  •  Work experience and-or knowledge related to the reality and issues in the Indigenous environment.
  •  Great knowledge of computer and technological tools (Office suite software).
  •  Possess a valid driver’s license.
  •  Great knowledge of French and English.
  •  Knowledge of the health care systeme is considered an assess.
